I think some of the small investors will start buying again, and that combined with the current interest rate trends and extremely oversold conditions should result in a decent bear market rally at mininum..... Even some institutions may be tempted to test the waters out a bit around this level. The glass is half full at this point rather than half empty in my opinion. In my view, Greenspan made a mistake raising interest rates too much when the bubble was peaking, but that is all water under the bridge now.
