re: books

this site posts a variety of deals daily. lots of $10 off 40..etc

gotapex.com

what about ron insana's book message to the markets? Most of the books you listed are intermediate to advanced. This one is intermediate. Or is everything from CNBC boycotted? :)

Maybe I'll try them. I typically alternate between amazon and barnes and noble on line, and I used to get tremendous discounts from some of those on-line coupon sites. But, lately, I've had problems with delivery from those sites. They say books are in stock, they send me confirmation of shipment, and then I find out a couple days later, when I track the shipments, that the books never shipped. Or else, only part of my order will ship despite them sending me confirmation that the entire order shipped.

To me, it signaled even greater problems are in store for those dotcoms.

Have you ever read Wyckoff's book Studies in Tape Reading (a very old book)? I've never looked into tape reading as a method for trading, but someone who seemed to make consistently good calls recommended it to me. I'm thinking of getting that book.

Also, did you ever check out Nison's second book on candles? I've only read the one you recommended, but some have mentioned the follow up is even better.
