Maybe we should wait to see if he sold at the top or the bottom before we press for indictment.

If it was the latter we might want to give him a medal, particularly since it probably involves his commitments for charitable donations.

I would never question Mendoza's loyalty. Perhaps he had obligations that needed attention.
