That's a fact, no one, well just a few like iso, cares about Cap Preservation and that is a significant indicator. When they start to care, if they have any Cap left, that will be another.

You touch on a good point Archimedes.

Capital Preservation BEGINS to become a topic of discussion during the recognition phase of every Bear Market. That's the 2nd major down wave which IMO we are in right now.

We should also begin to see a bit more mention here and there about avoiding margin use, the importance of keeping a healthy cash reserve, going short, etc.

Granted these things are all anecdotal indications of investor/trader sentiment but I've found them to be useful in reading the market.
