Hi Sharky, just back from Europe. Read from your earlier posts that you guys were up in Mt.Tremblant. I checked condo prices there vs west coast BC at Whistler. Whistler prices have just gone bonkers. Four homes now listed over $10 million, yet I can pick up one on the mountain at Tremblant for $250K!!!. What do you think? BTW I am still holding my first short BRCM from 60, thank you for that one. Should I cover yet, it would pay for the condo fees... Your Princess in waiting.. PP
