Spytrdr- I thoroughly enjoyed your reply and attachment even if it did give me a case of indigestion. Allow me to play devils advocate for a moment. The lower highs on the hypotenuse are said to reflect increased selling pressure. However, QCOM's run to 110 in December, although ultimately unsustainable, occurred in the midst of a serious market meltdown. That increased selling pressure could be inferred from the fact that it broke down is not nearly as convincing as the suggestion of significant buying pressure (at least on a relative basis) to be inferred from the fact that the run occurred at all. The same can be said of QCOM's last low high. It was able to hold it longer than most other tech stocks once January's mini-rally folded. The picture that seems to emerge is of a stock that is bursting with positive fundamentals, and simply needs the broader market to find its feet a bit. If the market could do that, it is possible that significant demand for the shares could emerge.

What do you think?
