dealer...krem may not break down after the lock up period....why? ...it's not a dot.com that had no earnings, it is in a business and has a product that is yet to have direct national exposure, they are selling their product through national supermarket chains, people will tend to eat in a slow economy, and at times eat more junk(look at mcd growth in recessions)...and that is the fundamentals...

technically off its high, above the 50 and 200dma's, trending up, and if it breaks above 42...strong up potential...

in this market, not many stocks show this pattern....it's not a falling knife, and downside may be minimal...

if i was an insider, i'm not sure if i would sell after lockup...this can be just the beginning of a long term franchise fast food name...unlike dot coms that were doomed before they started...

not saying it will go up or down, just not a classic short candidate....it has a pe, and investors? are still buying tech that never had an "e"....

good luck, just some fundamental thoughts...
