If someone has good intentions with their money and are only trying to support their family, does that mean it's not possible to be bilking the public at the same time? It's not the employees fault, it's the whole corrupt system of granting options. The real sad thing is when a stock tanks and they reprice options. How come you or I can't have our shares repriced after a stock tanks 80%? And then when the stock starts to go back up the insiders will bail even more. The stockholders get screwed by insiders in my opinion. When the market bottoms in 2005 (or whenever), I expect when the congressional hearing start options will be a hot topic. I don't think we'll see the recklessness of excessive options grants anymore. JMHO

Of course there are criminals in the options game. It was so nice of Larry Ellison to say Oracle was in great shape while he sold $800 MILLION of Oracle. Then they have terrible earnings because the last few days of the quarter were bad? Come on....
