Appears the new minister is determined not to make the same mistake as the old. The old minister allowing two SP's to select W-CDMA for 3G has probably already cost Korea's CDMA manufacturers in the China cdma bidding since they won't be allowed to bid on as many projects as they had hoped. Could end up being a very expensive lesson learned by the Koreans as China gears up to independently manufacture cdma infrastructure and handsets faster than they otherwise would have.
