not a gurantee Dave,funds window dressing can be a systematic dumping of the techs they are buried in so their clients don't see them in their portfolio----it is all about DECEIVING their clients.For instance Coal Stocks had big run-up this week because the clients will say "o how grand they have been holding Coal Stocks",which in fact they JUST bought--max p.s. we will see--2:30 should start telling a tale.
