Jim I think raising rates slows the economy and lowering rates stimulates the economy. The Fed was raising rates during each of those periods. IMO, if the Fed started raising rate here, we would get those historic charts again. I don't know anyone who thinks the FEDs will raise rates so I don't worry about a midway, midbear fake. Monsters of the Midway I am a Bear fan. But I believe the original monsters of the midway were the U. of Chicago when they played football. The Bears stole it.
