Barton Biggs the great old war horse of a professional trader and one i GREATLY respect just made one of his rare appearances on CNBC and it was a good solid interview done by Ted David,and the long and short of it is this .Barton said he feels a tradeable rally of one or even 2 months is near at hand for the aggressive and the nimble.David said (firmly!)but what about the AVERAGE investor,the ones saving for the kids college education,for that house to buy(and so on),the average investor Barton,should they yes or no buy now?
