those carriers with access to capital will continue to spend and those who don't will go out of business

That is exaclty the point. The free cash flow of these companies is not sufficient to make the loan payments. So those companies that have small or no loans will do well in the current atmosphere.

And that is why Suria suggests that companies opt for filing chapter 11 and getting rid of the debt instead of laying off people and cutting back. The point is how many are smart enough to recognize that thats the best way to go.
