With the decline in the rest of my portfolio SFY is now nearly 60% of the value of my IRA. I tried to snag some more shares on Friday, but the stock didn't look back once it started rising.

My wife and I took a little drive around the county last weekend just exploring the back country. I found that one of the roads I planned to take to get from point A to point B was for 4-wheelers only, so we ended up taking a detour through some truly isolated country. The wife thought we'd dropped off the edge of the Earth, but then we found ourselves in the very mature Coalinga oil fields. I saw a lot of wells that were spaced only about 100 yards apart, which made me wonder about the 640-acre spacing required in the areas where SFY drills. Maybe that spacing is for NG rather than the thick black stuff, but I just can't see any advantage to drilling so close. And just to show that the field is VERY mature, I saw an old abandoned rig servicing center. Yes, the rigs were still pumping.
