I forgot to mention in my last post about the insurance problem for Amazon vendors that I believe this change is material. Therefore, Amazon should file this with the SEC after April 1st or they open themselves up to further litigations. I doubt litigation is a top priority of Amazon's at present anyhow but I doubt Amzon could win arguing this is not a material change.

It is a third party issue in that Amazon itself is not losing insurance so I don't know what the SEC or the courts would consider material here. Thoughts?
