Mike If we are to believe Suria, and I do believe him, then a recession is coming for sure (we are already in one by my undefined definition). And if a recession is coming, the valuation of the companies, at least the ones sporting big p/e ratios is going to be hit. In addition to what Suria said, I also see major problems being caused by the high prices of gas and electricity which will take away some discretionary spending by consumers. Soon as I have some more confidence in these scenrios, I will go to cash. It may take some time though to do the due diligence and convince myself that that is the right thing to do.
