I agree. I think there's a consensus on emergency care for everyone. I think there's also a consensus on inoculations for kids. There would probably be a consensus on pain management and hospice care if the subject ever got discussed. I don't know that the consensus goes beyond that. I don't know how much real support there is for Medicaid. Medicaid is one of those things that came out of that cost-shifting problem you mentioned as, perhaps, the lesser evil. If there were a referendum on it, I don't know that it would pass.
