Ken, take a look at the long term charts and you will be surprised that many of the stocks you mention are around the prices of only 1.5 to 2 years ago after a substantial rise in price.

The problem is that the economy hit a wall and the FED erred in lowering rates preemptive. Your scenario would be right if we had a soft landing but I am not sure of that.

Let the stocks form a base before biting.
