awful quiet on this board... and was surprised no one posted that the company filed a notice of late filing NT 10k and those 15 days are ticking down...

Any thought about pink sheets? I have also been hoping to look over the (now) late filing with the hopes of better understanding the acquisitions. I guess waiting a few more days is not unbearable.
