Good luck trying to sue over IPOs. When you read the prospectus, it always says "the future is uncertain." I quit reading them--too scary.

Something tells me that the lawyers will strike it rich while the plaintiffs will get a pittance, at best.

Haim, I would like to know your opinion about this IPO's
if it was here in Brazil I could say that it could finish
in Pizza (=nothing), but I know that most USA citizens lost
their money and I think USA justice work.

With big names like Merril,Goldman,Salomon,Lehman......
involved what do you thing could happen? IMO Hollywood will make a movie about it. It was the most important fraud that I have seen.
This broker houses must be punished and investor must sue it until have their hard money back.

Regards
GFS
