I sold my PAIR before the close at a reduced price from the negotiated conversion ratio because PAIR was unable to sell the stuff and I did not want to share in ADCT's mistake. I just wanted out and I was able to keep some nice gains. I was a big believer in DSL and I could not for the life of me understand why this is such a hard sell. But the facts are as he says "It's Hell!"
