S, Alas, the ADR question is one I can't answer due to my agreement and, I don't know the answer anyway. I've never had one sent to me.

Pinch hitting for MB -g- You can have ADR's certs ordered out to you,just as you can any U.S. company stock, unlike ordinary shares which take forever and usually entail an exorbitant transfer fee. But why would you want to?
