Jacob, I read your post and actual move in and out similar to yourself and AD.

Do you really live in Anchorage ?

I spend a some vacation in 1999 fishing on the Kenai Peninsula for ten day as well as Cook's Bay.

I life here in Mountain View CA next to San Francisco. It is a beautiful day here.
