Brian, the fact that csco trades below KO on a price to sales basis is not necessarily a plus since KO is one of the more overvalued stocks. Why? Because everyone thinks it is safe.

Except that with the kind of visibility we have, S can be equally misleading in particular for CSCO, NT etc. Similar to semi-equipment, they can go down substantially. This is not like Coke where even in rough time, the consumption may go down but in a predictable and orderly fashion.

The DOW stocks are ridiculously overvalued given their growth rates. That is where the pro shorts are now.knc
