SB, the next time it happens click on the details. It won't cure the problem but it will at least give you which program is conflicting netscape. Netscape also has a built in "sniffer" that will ask you what you were doing and will report back to NSCP. I never recieved an input from NSCP when I got the message but perhaps they will fix future iterations
