Yeah, PALM has 566.5 million shares outstanding, and they've never split. Their high that day was $165. That comes to $93.47b! Bizarre. That day had to be the peak of the tech bubble.

so do you think Media Metrix numbers are fraudulent?? they are saying 80K unique visitors to SI ....(a month) I think i heard raging BS was down to about 80K-100K unique visitors a month... Hard to swallow thinking 11-12 million unique visitors to jeeves?? I don't know....what do they do...have a bunch of routers that ping everybodies work station...and then they can say they visited the site??? that would almost seem feasible?? I don't know....something doesn't add up. Where the heck is all their revenue coming from?? Where is revenue coming from for all these little internet dudes??? I think somebody will buy this company out. NOT a huge premium mind you...but there is some kind of value here...Now alta vista up for sale again? I know. Doesn't take a lot to slap a search engine up. I know. Look at Stick-To-Me... I think some of these are going to survive in spite of how hard the shorts hit them...(or sit on them)...Will they be here in 5 years??? i have no idea....I Didn't think they would come this far since 97?? Who would have thought Yahoo would (approach) a billion dollar company?? Who would have though Amazon would have 3 billion in revenue?? Who would have thought the internet would crash 95-99 percent this fast?? Who would have thought Oil prices would do what they did?? Who would have thought the Nasdaq would crash like it did and the DOW goes on it's merry way?? who would have thought???
