Chip, excellent point that Investment spending on technology has been a big driver of the economic cycle
of the 1990's. Alan Greenspan always used to say that the economy could not grow beyond 2% a year, without
inflation and that unemployment could not come down below 6% without inflation.

Greenspan is 75 and he'll decide to retire sometime later this year most likely.
