Seems to me that MS's important consumer OS releases have been timed for the late 3rd, early 4th quarter, to take advantage of the 4th quarter selling season.

I wonder if any of the genius analysts will upgrade MSFT/INTC this summer in anticipation of the release? That's assuming the economy isn't completely frozen by then.

I ordered XP yesterday, it should arrive next week.

ME has a very serious problem with memory leaks. I'm doing searches on my local SI database, and can use up 400MB of physical memory in 15 minutes. I need a new OS really bad.
