DoCoMo "initial testing unsuitable"

says BT. The initial DoCoMo test system was, I think, slated for about 70kbps, so "large video clip" transmission was not expected. This would seem to be more about BT claiming bragging rights with their Isle of Man network rollout in a couple of months. Clumsy race.

I recall a pointed question to Mr. Tachikawa last year, to which he responded "yes, cdma2000 is a very good system, too." He sounded regretful then, and w-CDMA news has not improved.
