Mr.Pink: Messrs Loeb and Chapman should consider cruising SI for proxies. My guess is it might add up to some serous action. Rolling the dice with them has to carry better odds than the pass line in Atlantic City and can't be any worse than swinging in the financial breeze with current management. ESS
