I can't help but jump in the fray... I sold my position in HEC some time ago (thankfully, at a profit). Razor, you're not as negative as Richard. I tend to agree with your position. I don't think HEC is a GT0 (go to zero) company either. I'm just curious if you would be willing to give a price at which you would be willing to purchase HEC shares? I almost bought back in when it was trading at$3.10 recently. My day order was placed with a limit of $3.06. The stock dipped to $3.07 that day but my order never filled. I watched the stock increase about 50% shortly thereafter. I am considering moving back into HEC at some point but haven't decided yet at what level. So... I'm just curious about your thoughts regarding appropriate entry price following Friday's announcement.
