I think of this frequently. Those SOBs (i.e. Hard Businessmen) would lock out the better technology, rape the populace for every dime they could squeeze out, and still leave them with poor service or no service if it were not for the debt-force. I think too, if the financial community did not keep Politicians in line, who would?

I agree: without the debt issue, QCOM would have far less of a chance to penetrate quickly into the global wireless game. I believe today, we have a very good shot at Europe.
