At their current prices, yes. If they get to 1.0x sales, no. Currently, they are under 0.5x sales.

But the issue is complicated by whether their financial situation will deteriorate or not. Since their cash flow is positive, and will stay positive even at lower revenues, then yes. If that condition changes, then no point in buying a deteriorating balance sheet.

gdr, another nice discussion on hedonic pricing. sandwiched between two well though out logical thought processes is george gilder's new economy bubble nonsense.
