I don't have any stake in this, so I don't care one way or the other. But I did take some time to look at this early last year, and posted some things on the QCOM board about it. At that time, as I recall, there were claims being made by the Red Chinese army that they invented CDMA, and I pointed out that suits for patent infringement in China would have to be filed in China and all the legal remedies we have in the US for patent infringement, like injunctions, are not available there. It's a communist country, for Pete's sake, they don't respect property rights.

I know you bought QCOM at a split adjusted price of under $10, what is it, $4? So you don't have much to lose.
