You are making what I call an OJ defense. Anytime you see something that you don't want to see you demand proof. Then if someone offers there reasons (evidence)for making a statement you just say that isn't proof. If the OJ trial did nothing else it proved that there is no such thing as proof. If I had been on the OJ jury I would have voted guilty. If I was on a jury to decide whether Junior Bush was dyslexic or not I would vote that he was based on the evidence I have seen so far. That doesn't mean I wouldn't change my mind after seeing all of the evidence presented by both sides. I would like to see him answer the question why he refused to take a test to prove he wasn't dyslexic.
