The DOLLAR is the next big issue!!!!! Period and end of sentence. This is a subject we need to address, I am in the middle of figuring out why it is soooooooo damn strong! Safe haven and all for now it seems.

However with our current account deficit, imbalance of trade and gross debt how long till the bubble pops! Not to mention foreign captial is keeping us afloat in financing our massive debt (this could be the reason IMO). But once the Japanese economy shows signs of stabalizing say Sionara to that support as money floods out of our country - this could start the devaluation process. Money flooding to Europe or Japan - with the Euro this is a major threat (Europe is a new paradign with the Euro, an unknown in history).

People do not relize that Japan wanted the world to think they are in trouble, this why they backed off the pressure that was created when the Yen was strong. In addition a weak Yen drives the machine for killer exports - also people fail to relize that the Japanese own all the mines etc. on a global basis that form the raw materials for their manufacturing machine. An addition to massive foreign capital invested, against the massive debt of the US.

Japan is going to crush us!! Along with Germany, Switzerland and China on the economic front - mark my words on this! The American worker is doomed to a spirialing downward of their earnings. Of course the wealthy will not be hit - this will only hurt the working and middle class of this country. They will be hurt in that their dollar will not buy what it once did, but what do they care when they have so many dollars. This little guy in America has been set up and they are too stupid to see it.

Prediction: We see a rally, but do not be fooled - this just sets the stage for the next and final massive leg down. Then we rebuild from there for the next new cycle.
The concern is we may see a big selloff in the next two weeks ahead of this rally - if we do buy hard off the bottom of this and cover all shorts. We are in a difficult trading environment now for the next few weeks, walk on eggshells.

So lets get going on what is supporting the dollar and post all you see relating to this strong dollar subject. It will be the cause of the next big leg down - when is the big question.

Happy Trading
