As a strict constitutionalist I do not agree with this program but it is better than "midnight basketball"

Hard to argue with any of these. Looks good to me. The two problems I have with the plan, at least with the details I have heard, are:

1) Not enough tax cut this year and next to stimulate the economy. Too much in later years, based on suspect projections.

2) Cutting of budget for research into renewable energy sources.
