Great Idea...!

It works against individual cells, but can't get it to work for the whole column. Did it by creating another cell.

Just Did It .... You Solved It

Open a new cell next to the first number you wish to convert
click =....and then add *-1....then click Okay

Now highlight the new formula and drag the whole length of the column. Each cell switchs over.
