Mags, have you had a look at short positions as of March 15th? Positions are still very large and should be a factor as market looks for a bottom. JDSU, EXDS are good examples. Short covering as the stock hits the bottom Bollinger resulting in short term rallying. Sergio

Scan hits This scan attempts to find stocks/indexes/commodities which are extended to either the up or downside. It is based on short term (fast moving) technicals only. NO FA is involved in the scan hits. These are simply candidates I use to zero in on trading vehicles. First column tells if security is a long or short candidate based on what the scan is looking for. The second column is the rating I give the hits based on eye scan of each chart. Rating is on a 0-4 scale. Rating level is the middle column. 0: Has a very low chance to set proper indicators or bar pattern in the next 2 days. 1: needs dual additional formations (indicator turn and bar pattern) 2: needs one additional formation (indicator turn or bar pattern) 3: Formation is set. Watching for pattern confirmation 4: pattern confirmed. Indicators are set. The last column looks a bit odd as it is a file with long extension. The last extension of the file is the key as it points out which index/sector the stock is from.
