The answer is no, because the uncertainty principle states that there is a built-in uncertainty, indeterminacy, unpredictability to Nature.

Infact , a stock market exists only because of that uncertain world.

Actually, the original Newton relationship: F=dp/dt, where p is momentum (or Mv), is still correct within the special theory of relativity, the guy was smarter than he himself thought.
