I will say this.....I am not, nor will I be party in any suit against Tom. I was asked to partake...I declined. I was asked if I would give any depositions....I declined....I was even asked if they could use my public posting on SI....my answer was no, although the posts are public and can be used, I would not give permission for the posts to be linked to me....they are from kg4...they are of public domain...I can't stop anybody doing anything with them, but I would not give permission....they wanted a signed document......to use my posts with my name....to me, that would be same as a deposition....and like I have said and will go on record as saying, I am not part of this suit in any matter, way or form, and nor will I get involved. I will say this, I know it is trying to be put together and I wish tom would take it seriously, and I wish those initiating this would stop..........the whole thing is ridiculous.....all parties are guilty in my eyes......all parties are innocent in my eyes...it'stime to be constructive and for both sides to get on with life without being so so involved with the other side.
