Trent, Thanks for the comments. I purposely stuck with the revenue side of the equation, (because I knew you were working hard on the cost structure), and I intended on converging towards your cost model, once the revenue model was refined to my satisfaction.
There are many unknowns on the revenue side, and hence a great deal of room for error. For example, I have no idea how accurate the rates ($35/(000)NB & $65/(000)BB) are for revenue estimates. But one has to start somewhere, and improve as better info becomes available. Those NB & BB estimates I got viewing various articles on the net and elsewhere. Have no idea how accurate they are.
A helpful use of this collaborative effort would be to collectively try to find accurate values for those estimates.

P.S. If you must head in that direction, how about using Herr instead of Her, better yet DrD will do just fine.
