I recall some years back hearing that the value of the real estate IBM owned was worth more than the mkt cap of the company. I believe that to be an overexaggeration, however maybe we can have a couple car washes and bake sales, take the company over and sell off the real estate, the patents, etc. How about it?

CERS Here is a stock that is rising on air. It was "unpicked" on CNBC on 3/29. Went as low as 37 and then climbed ahead to 44 1/8 on incredible low volume. Could be some sweet money it this one. They have no profits and a 600 million dollar market cap. Net sales of 1.9 mil year ended 12/00.. Earn/Shr -2.75
