impristine: here is the point... the economy is going to recover but stock prices will not back bounce. Tech stocks will continue to slide. Why? The US savings rate is too low and monetary policy will stay a little on the tight side. Tax cuts just make the savings gap worse -- unless they are given mainly to rich people.
