That's what I thought you meant(and I'm supposedly smart<ggg>). I think they use a lot of proprietary indicators in their methodology though, and I'm not sure if I would be able to formulate quite the same hypotheses/conclusions as ECRI's army of PHD's...not that I wouldn't be able to interpret a chart of the wages of Molybdenum miners in Khazakistan and apply it to Sub-Continent wage inflation in Hyderbaad. ;-)
