OT: Chambers I have the greatest respect for John Chambers. He's gone out of his way to telegraph CSCO's problems since November. CSCO, like so many other tech leaders, were priced for perfection last year. Perfection turned out to be a wee bit optimistic. In typical Wall Street fashion, however, the psychology has shifted to "that which is not perfect must be worthless". The silliness of both extremes will be evident in perspective.
