I find it astonishing that consumer confidence hasn't nosedived ... good grief, the layoffs ... which I am convinced have barely started. Makes me doubt the veracity of the statistical report.

On that cheerful note ... back to fielding practically non-stop phone calls from classified ad selling furniture ... full-time job ... kinda fun ...

Yes, he comes up with some good stuff. Many will see it as more negativity or whatever, but I urge those who have not read this to do so. It can only help to build an historical context around the current unprecedented goings-on. The real bubble has yet to burst. When it does, the woes we have endured thus far will be seen for what they are -- the early innings.
