6 months ago, Broadcom looked like they were outmaneuvering Intel.

Today, I think Intel's prodding along, making progress, and starting to exert some consistency in their products and execution.

Meanwhile, Broadcom appears precariously trying to keep their heads above water. Their "winning streak" has hit a brick wall.

Tony, do you know the status of the Intel vs. BRCM lawsuit? Last I heard, Intel was suing Broadcom.
