We may not be going up big any time soon-- I'll grant you that. But the QQQ looks to me to have found a bottom these last few days. We'll see. I can say this: if we don't get any BIG warnings by weds of this week, I expect institutional money tomove in. And even if we do get big warnings, I expect institutions will buy the dip, should there be one
