perhaps as a dodo I should take wing :>)

In my mind (which has always worked backwards) anything I consider LONG is something I plan on holding for at least a year (aapl, msft, etc). I just consider plays like SEVU a short-term hold till I make my lunch money. If it takes 2 weeks (like this past time), that's cool. If it takes a few months, that's cool as well.

My favorite quote is from Edward Land, inventor of the Polaroid camera. He said, “Lets design a product the consumer does not know it needs”.

Some additional information

The micro sizing of the IRFS system is much bigger than putting cameras in 100-watt light bulbs. We need to start looking ahead in the security camera business and the smaller size for hidden applications.

My work does not impede the forward movement of production and others now handle these things. The products themselves make the company and I work on designing the future. My favorite quote is from Edward Land, inventor of the Polaroid camera. He said, “Lets design a product the consumer does not know it needs”.

Putting the camera in a more common bulb is a great achievement. Keep in mind these bulbs would indeed be serviceable and sealed. We also think that a limited amount of light could radiate. Think of a 3 way bulb size putting out 40 watts of light.

Remember the real treasure in the technology is the transmission connection. The utilization of the existing electrical wiring. The ability to power the 12 volts electronically rather than the current transformer design will be the key.

Larry Hoffman is very active. I’m still the design and marketing guy. Sorry this upsets many people. I’ve earned it and I’m putting my money where my mouth is! You will soon see things starting to unfold. It is management’s position to release information as it is confirmed in writing.

This means you will have to wait for information to be released like most other companies. It is just not possible to run a company of this size without constant information and data. You must have confidence in the management team or move on.

I realize I’m the good guy when things are going well and the bad guy when not performing well. Please give the new management team a chance! My ego is in the products and I’m the guy who worked day and night to build this company. I also understand that many of the detractors of this company have a personal vendetta to destroy me. It gives me the super strength and drive to make the company succeed!

Tell me this is not true!

ece.ncsu.edu

Here is my favorite part:

The technology to develop automated and remotely controlled household switches using existing power lines was born in Scotland in 1978 when the X-10 company first patented the use of power lines to carry electrical signals to receiving devices (e.g., home appliances) . After this patent expired, this technology was expanded upon by several other companies to include real time control of security and continuous process operations in homes, office buildings, industrial processing and vending gasoline. Power line signal transmission technology is valued for its potential to control anything without the need foradditional wiring to connect the nodes (which consist of the sensors, actuators and, in the case of distributed controls, microprocessors). The other main benefit is that the control network can use the existing power line topology as the communications medium.

READ THIS AND TELL ME ABOUT THE SEVU PATENTS!

I want an answer! Read it and reply!

Go to your favorite search engine. Enter in "Video over existing power lines" tell me what you find out? It looks as if this technology is ALL OVER THE PLACE! YOu can get a camera to plug in any were and have it send the signal over the home power lines to any tv OR COMPUTER?

IMO

Happy Posting!
